WALL DECALS

Sharingpick wall decals are perfect for temporary applications but if you take care of them, they will last. Indoors, Sharingpick wall decals will last 1 to 2 years. But do try to keep your Sharingpick wall decall design away from direct sunlight and heat sources as heat can release the adhesive and cause the graphics to peel up. We do not recommend applying Sharingpick wall decal to an outdoor surface due to weather and temperature changes.

Sharingpick is made from an ultra-thin, self-adhesive matte* vinyl film. Sharingpick Re-Stick™ is made from self-adhesive, polypropylene film. *Some matte vinyl decals will have a clear over laminate that will have a semi-gloss finish. These products include The Not Whiteboard, Notepad Dry Erase, Writing Paper Dry Erase, Parchment Dry Erase, and Graph Paper Dry Erase.

All of our decals, Pattern Wall Tiles and Surface Skins are removable but only the Re-Stick line of wall decals is reusable. Look for the word “Re-Stick” in the product name. You can take the Re-Stick wall decals with you when you move as long as you save the white paper backing they come on. Kindly Keep the adhesive backing free of dust, fibers or dirt to extend the Re-Stick lifespan. All other decals are one time use only. Once they are removed, they cannot be re-applied.

SURFACE SKINS

Surface Skins is a new line of super durable, self-adhesive art prints that allow you to customize & personalize just about any large surface in your home or office quickly and easily. Use them to cover desks, tables, bookshelves, cabinets – or whatever. Sharingpick developed Surface Skins to bring some graphic goodness to humdrum furnishings everywhere.

Surface Skins work on smooth, finished surfaces such as desks, dining table, tabletops, cabinets, dresser drawers, etc. Surface Skins are not meant for walls. Do not apply the Surface Skins on a kitchen or a bathroom counter. We do not recommend the Surface Skins for outdoor surfaces or untreated or rough surfaces such as concrete.

Surface skins are easy to apply and the instructions are included. In short, peel off the paper backing & rest or “float” the Surface Skin over the top of your surface. Once it’s in the correct position, press the skin on to the surface. The rectangular Surface Skins comes with additional material beyond the surface top dimension in order to wrap the sides. If you prefer not to wrap the sides of a surface, you can trim off the unwanted excess with a blade.

Yes, peel up an edge and pull the skin off the surface. The Surface Skin should lift clean without leaving the residue but if there is any residue just clean the surface with any non-abrasive multi-surface cleaner.

Surface Skins are laminated to protect the skin – & your furnishings – from spills. Wipe the Surface Skins clean with water or any non-abrasive multi-surface cleaner. If applied to a dining table, we recommend using a trivet under the hot dishes. Although the skin will protect the furniture’s surface from any minor scratches, it cannot protect the surface from cut marks or gouges.

As with all Sharingpick products, Surface Skins are made from the highest quality durable self-adhesive vinyl film. They are laminated for extra durability and have a matte finish.

TOTE BAGS & HOME ACCESSORIES

Sharingpick has taken some of our favorite artwork and applied the graphics to tote bags, pillows and shower curtains. Look for even more home accessories in 2017. We have partnered with a top-notch vendor in India to make these products for us. Each order for a tote, pillow or shower curtain is manufactured to order and ships out separately from all other Sharingpick products.

Tote bags, pillows and shower curtains ship separately from all other Sharingpick products. They ship in 3 to 7 business days (but kindly note this time can extend up to 10 business days during the months of November and December). They ship by the By Indian Post in domestic and DHL internationally and a tracking number is provided.

APPLICATION TIPS FOR WALL DECALS, PATTERN WALL TILES OR SURFACE SKINS : WHAT TO DO AND WHAT NOT TO DO

Congratulations! First, read the instructions included with your package. Different products require different application methods. Sharingpick products are easy to apply but reading the instructions will save you time and potential installation errors. For vinyl wall decals, please look for a "T" or "P" on your decal sheet and then refer to the application method that corresponds to the letter on the instruction sheet. Sharingpick Re-Stick patterns are easy to apply; all you need to do is peel and stick.

Apply Sharingpick product to smooth surfaces. We do not recommend wall or surfaces that are textured, rough, bumpy or newly painted. Sharingpick is not responsible if graphics applied to a bumpy texture do not stick. Wipe your walls down with a dry cloth to remove any dust or those cobwebs hanging out in the corner. Do NOT wash your surface before the installation.

If you recently painted your walls, stop now. Do not apply Sharimgpick product to your walls for at least 2 weeks, or even 3 if it’s cold and damp (or humid) outside. If you apply the decals before the paint is fully cured, the decals will either have the trouble adhering to the wall or the adhesive will dry to the paint and when you remove the decals, paint may come off with the decals. Sharingpick is not responsible if graphics applied to a newly painted surface do not stick.

Sharingpick product sticks best to semi-gloss but will stick to matte and high gloss paints as well. Sharingpick product does NOT stick well to low- or non- VOC paints. Sharingpick product will not stick to other specialty paints such as magnetic or chalkboard paints.

Sharingpick recommends smooth surfaces. Even lightly textured surfaces such as orange peel texture can prevent the decals from adhering. If your walls are slightly textured, we recommend the Sharingpick Re-Stick line of movable graphics. Sharingpick is not responsible if graphics applied to a bumpy texture do not stick.

Sharingpick products can be applied to other smooth surfaces such as ceilings, glass, sealed concrete floors, smooth metal, tile, plastic surfaces & finished wood furniture. Keep in mind, the less porous the surface the more effort it will take to remove Sharingpick products.

Absolutely. Don’t even think about applying Sharingpick products to strongly textured surfaces like stucco, concrete blocks, unfinished wood or wood products. Not only will Sharingpick products not stick but also the rough texture could puncture the decals. Sharingpick products will also not adhere to fibrous materials (fabric), not even unpainted canvas. You can apply Sharingpick products to paper-based materials but we do not recommend it unless you are interested in a permanent application. Sharingpick products is not removable from paper or wallpaper.

Wall decals (but NOT Pattern Wall Tiles) can be installed in a well-ventilated bathroom (that’s one that doesn’t steam up during a shower). The walls needs to be completely dry before applying. Once again, we do NOT recommend Pattern Wall Tiles for the bathroom or kitchen back splash.

To clean wall decals, wipe gently with a DRY cloth only. Do not rub vigorously or wash or use any liquid cleaner. Getting a decal wet can release the adhesive or worse - the moisture may affect the ink on printed decals. Surface Skins can be wiped down with a damp cloth or you may use a cleaner such as windex but do not use an abrasive cleanser. The Pattern Wall Tiles can be lightly dusted (no rubbing) but do not wash or get wet.

Removal is very easy. Peel up an edge with your fingernail and slowly peel the decal off the wall. If you’ve applied Sharingpick products to a less porous surface like glass, we recommend that you use a hairdryer (set on low heat) to warm the decal, this releases the adhesive & makes it even easier to peel off. Please keep in mind that designs with multiple pieces will take more time to remove.

Sharingpick should not leave any residue on your wall when removed. Since we cannot guarantee the condition of all the wall surfaces, we cannot say across the board that some paint removal will not occur. You may notice paint chips on the back of the decals when removed and paint touch up may be required. Sharingpick is not responsible for any damage that may occur.

Yes, you can but keep in mind that Sharingpick decals are scaled for walls and not cars. Also cars get pretty dirty and the original Sharingpick matte material will not be shiny like your car. We do not recommend applying any of the Re-Stick, printed graphics, Pattern Wall Tiles or Surface Skins to your car. Sharingpick is not responsible for any damage that may occur.

Our online store is operated out of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and is on Indian Standard Time (IST). All orders are placed during IST hours. Discount codes and special offers with expiration dates end IST at the time and/or date specified.

If you have a discount code, you can enter it in the Discount Codes/Gift Certificate box in the Shopping Cart and then click on "Apply Discount". Discounts cannot be combined so use only 1 discount code per order. Discount codes include daily deal discount codes. The Discount codes are valid toward online purchases of retail products only. Discount codes are not valid towards custom orders. (Please note, for Indian orders when using a Discount Code the cart total must be INR 5000 after discount to qualify for the free shipping offer on order totals of INR 5000 or more.)

Well, that depends. In most cases, Sharingpick products is manufactured to order. It can take from 1 to 5 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays) to produce an order request. You will receive a shipping notification email with the tracking number when the order ships.

We ship by Indian Post. Delivery time is 1 to 7 business days (business days does not include weekends or holidays) depending on the shipping address. International orders ship by DHL - please refer to the International Orders section for more information.

Wall decals, Pattern Wall Tiles, Surface Skins and Art Clocks ship form our Mumbai warehouse. Totes and home decor accessories (throw pillows, shower curtains, etc) ship from the Mumbai.

Yes, for Indian orders we offer Free Ground Shipping if the cart total is INR 5000 or more. If you use a discount code your cart total still must be INR 5000 or more after discount has been taken to qualify for this offer. Offer valid only to orders shipped to an Indian address.

Sharingpick does not take returns but will gladly offer an exchange or a Sharingpick Gift Certificate for items sent back within 14 days of the date of the receipt. Packages must be returned in perfect, unopened condition. Kindly email Customer Service at care@sharingpick.com for the return address. We recommend that you insure your return and get a tracking number as Sharingpick is not responsible for any returns that are lost. Sorry, Sharingpick offers no shipping and handling credit on returned merchandise. Kindly note, all custom orders are final and can not be exchanged.

Yes, we ship internationally by DHL We deliver to the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Hungary, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland & United Kingdom. If your country is not listed here, you cannot place your order online. Kindly contact our Customer Service team at care@sharingpick.com if you have any questions.

The shipping charges you pay to Sharingpick do NOT include any potential Customs import taxes, duties or brokerage fees. These are your responsibility to pay. Unfortunately, Sharingpick has no control over these fees. IF YOU REFUSE to pay the Customs duties & fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to Sharingpick and we will be charged the Customs fees plus the return shipping costs. Therefore, we DO NOT issue refunds for Customs & or outbound shipping and return shipping if you refuse to pay these fees. The cost of these fees & shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or gift certificate issued.

SHIPPING COSTS OR CHARGES


International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes (when any order request that is placed through the website Sharingpick.com*). The Fees & costs that are charged depend on the country of the delivery, & must be paid to the local tax authority upon receipt of your package. Sharingpick is currently unable to predict whether or not you would be charged a fee or what that fee might be. Kindly contact your local customs office for further information.

Kindly note:
International shipments can be delayed by the customs process and/or other unforeseen circumstances beyond Sharingpick’s control.
If you choose "Standard Shipping" India Post (5-12 days) , you will NOT be able to track your order. By choosing India Post shipping, your package will leave our manufacturing facility and neither you nor Sharingpick will be able to see the shipping status of your order request.

If the ability to track the pack in transit is important to you, kindly consider selecting the Express Shipping option which uses a different carrier. With this option, tracking would be available for the entire transit process.

Because there are so many variables in creating a basic shipping quote, we recommend that you place a mock order request to get the most accurate pricing figure. You need not make any purchase to do so.

You can generate your own price quote by adding the items or products you are considering for purchase to your shopping cart. And If this is your first time using the Sharingpick checkout, you may be asked to create a Sharingpick account, add a shipping and billing address and enter the basic payment information (like a valid credit card or debit card) in order to proceed on to the page with the shipping estimates. Rest assured that you would not be charged unless you proceed all the way through to the completion of your order request (and the Order Confirmation page).

PLACING AN ORDER

If you have tried to apply your coupon or promotional code, but are not seeing the discount reflected, kindly take the following steps:

Check the fine print of the promotional details (legal copy) for any product exclusions or exceptions that can have stopped the code from being applied.
Make sure that you are placing your order request through the International Sharingpick site (.com, .de, .co.uk, etc...) specified in the promotional details. Promotions & Coupons are almost always International domain specific.
Many of Sharingpick’s promotional offerings may not be combined with any other Sharingpick promotional or discount offers (including the automatically applied bulk discounts).

When ordering multiple items within a general product type ("apparel" for example), you received a special quantity based discount off of the standard price of the items or products being purchased. Our system is designed to automatically detect and apply the best promotion (of any applied through the shopping cart during the checkout). In cases where a bulk discount is applicable, the Sharingpick cart detects whether the promotional code you entered will result in a greater discount than the bulk pricing. It then applies to the greater of the two discounts to your order request.
In these cases, it is in your best interest to accept the discount as it stands, as application of the advertised promotion (instead of the bulk pricing), would likely to incur a greater cost to you.
Some special notes about shipping promotions:

Shipping "Upgrade" promotions are designed to reduce or alter the price of the offered shipping service. You must select the specified service at the checkout to take advantage of the promotion. For example: A promotion for an upgrade to the Premium shipping will present the Premium shipping option (on the shipping selection page of checkout) for the ground shipping price. You will need to choose the Premium shipping option to take advantage of that particular promotion.
Free Shipping or Delivery Promotions offer a designated shipping service for free. You must select the specified service at checkout to take advantage of the promotion. For example: A promotion for a Free Standard Shipping will present the Standard shipping option (on the shipping selection page of the checkout) for free. You will have to choose the Standard shipping option to take advantage of that particular promotion.
In both the cases noted above, the discounted service is not always selected automatically for you. You must select the applicable shipping service for each shipment on your order request.
If the shipping service in question does not appear as a selectable option, then that service is not available for the shipment based on the restrictions of the promotion (See #4) and/or the transport limitations unique to Sharingpick portal you are ordering through and the product types you've chosen to order.
Nearly all Sharingpick shipping promotions are subject to the restrictions based on product type and/or quantites ordered. See your specific promotion's legal copies for details.

How Do I Cancel or Modify an Existing Order?

Once an order has been finalized through the checkout process, the products themselves cannot be modified. However, you are always free to cancel your current order to make modifications and resubmit the order, as long as the order is still in "pending" status (and has not yet entered to our production stream).

Typically, you have 1 hour from the time your order was placed to cancel the order (through your Sharingpick account) and make any changes you deem necessary. Canceling your order request in this manner will automatically add the cancelled items back to your shopping cart where you can make any edits (by clicking on the thumbnails of the items you wish to change, making the edits, & then re-adding it to the cart).

As with Product Details, once an order request has been finalized through the checkout process, the shipping method selected at checkout cannot be altered. However, you are always free cancel your current order to make any modifications and resubmit the order, as long as the order is still in "pending" status (and has not yet entered to our production stream).

You may also follow these steps to get to your order request history. Once there you are able to cancel the order request:

1. Login to your Sharingpick account
2. Hover over the profile icon and click "Order History"
3. Click on the order id you want to cancel
4. Click on "View Order Status" (on the right side of page)
5. Click on the “Cancel Order” button (bottom of page)

If the “Cancel Order” button doesn’t show up on the page, it is because your order request has already been queued for production and/or shipment. If this is the case, your order is now beyond the point where we can halt the production & shipment of your items. However, kindly understand that we still have a return/refund policy for unwanted orders. Feel free to contact Sharingpick customer support team in order to request a return authorization.

Unlike product detail and shipping method, we do have the limited ability to change a shipping destination up to the point where the order request is queued for shipment. If you have made an error with your shipping destination and the order status is still pending, we do recommend that you cancel your order request (using the method suggested above) and place a new order with your needed corrections. If the order has entered the "processed" status and the “Cancel Order” button is no longer accessible, in that situation we request kindly contact Sharingpick customer support team with your order number and corrected shipping address and a Sharingpick support representative will make every possible effort to have the shipping or delivery address corrected before the item or product is queued for shipment.

Important Shipping Terms Defined

Quantities of 50 or more pieces of any given product are considered "High Volume Orders" and may add 2-3 additional business days to the timeframes listed above.

Sharingpick and its couriers (India Post, FedEx & the Delhivery) all consider "business days" to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays or scheduled service interruptions. Please check with your local postal service for all other regional restrictions & observed holidays that can delay receipt of your shipment.

Sharingpick and its couriers (India Post, FedEx & the Delhivery) all consider the official "first day in transit" to be the business day following the pickup of the package.

Tracking numbers do not become active on couriers' websites until after the delivery driver picks up & scans the package. In most cases, the initial tracking information will not be made available in their online tracking systems until the product packages have reached the main sorting facility (generally after 8:00PM IST on the day of pickup).

Please check your order status page or your shipping confirmation email to see when the product package was queued for shipment from our production facility.

If your order was queued for shipment after standard shipping cutoff times (6PM IST) or on a weekend, then it will not be picked up by the courier company until the following business day Delhivery, DHL & the India Post all consider business days to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays or scheduled service interruptions.

Once you have received your Sharingpick shipping confirmation, please feel free to contact Customer Support team if your package is taking longer to be shipped or delivered than was indicated to you during the checkout process.

If I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation what do I need to do?
We always send a confirmation email when an order is placed. However, these can sometimes be redirected to your spam or junk folder. Please make us a "trusted sender" in your email program by adding Sharingpick@email.Sharingpick.com to your safe(secure) sender list. Orders are typically delivered in 10 - 12 business days.* Please allow additional time if you enhance your photo with a special effect. Please note that during holiday season, delivery can take slightly longer due to increased order volume. To ensure your canvas arrives when you need it, kindly order 12 - 14 business days prior to the day you wish to receive it, to account for shipping time. *Production times may vary if provided photo does not meet resolution requirements.

This means the photo you selected is below our recommended resolution for the print size you ordered. We recommend you choose a smaller print size or upload a photo with a higher resolution. If you use a digital camera, make sure it is set to a high resolution setting. If you use a scanner, try scanning at a higher resolution. Please note the maximum accepted photo size is 26mb. Our cropping frame shows how your canvas will look, and crops according to the dimensions of your photo. You may have to try re-cropping in your photo editing program to reduce the size of the photo before you upload it for your order. You may need to scroll up to see the cropping frame again, after you select your size, so you can see exactly how your canvas will look. For best results, use a high resolution photo that will stay crisp and clear no matter how large a canvas you order. If Sharingpick alerts you that your photo resolution may be low, you may wish to select a smaller size print option.

All requests for replacements or refunds must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the date the canvas is received. All requests for replacements or refunds for damaged canvases must be submitted within seven (7) days of the date the canvas is received. Gift cards are not refundable. Canvases are personalized items, and as such may not be modified or cancelled once an order has been put into production. Due to the highly automated nature of our process, canvases are created and shipped as quickly as possible. This is a personalized product, and is not refundable. Sharingpick, Inc. will offer an exchange for any items that are not completely satisfactory. Sharingpick does not offer refunds or accept returns on any of the product or custom project. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the date of receipt. Goods or products must be returned in perfect, unopened condition in the original shipping box. Products you create can be either private (products only you can view & purchase) or public (displayed in your Designer Store and available for purchase by the public, earning you commissions). At any time, you can view & purchase both your Private Products & your Public Products (located in your Sharingpick Store) from your My Account dashboard.

If you experience a complication during the checkout process, there are some easy steps to take (depending on the nature of the issue) that can help to resolve the complication.

Do not use dashes, spaces or other characters when placing in your CC #. Please make sure the expiration date & security code are exact. Kindly place name as shown on card into the appropriate field.

If you trying to access your account from work or a public computer (located in a library for example), kindly be advised that some companies/organizations may have adjusted their security settings to block potentially harmful & hazardous websites. Accessing the Sharingpick site while Firewall & security settings are set to "High" can disrupt many basic functions of the website, including the checkout process. If your computer accesses the web through a business intranet, kindly ask the computer's IT Administrator to add our webpage as a "trusted site."

If you are using your own connection, make sure that your individual security settings are adjusted to Medium (or as default) & that website url Sharingpick.com has been added as a "trusted site." If you have tried to process your order transaction with the same credit card two or more times, and your order request has failed to be completed then there is a better chance that your Credit Card has been locked out by our system as a precautionary  & safety measure. We do this as a means to safe guard your credit card from being used fraudulently in the common order process.

  • Try placing your order with a different credit card
  • Use Paypal to complete your order transaction,
  • Wait for 24 hours (for the system to clear) and try again with the same credit card

PayPal Complications
We collect funds from your PayPal account only when a new order has been moved into the processed state. You should have a valid credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or debit account linked to your PayPal account to proceed through checkout.

If you have encountered an error or glitch during the checkout process or received a message of a payment failure while attempting to finalize your Sharingpick -PayPal order, be advised that your order request has NOT been processed until you have reached the final Sharingpick order confirmation page. This holds true even in the cases where PayPal provides an order confirmation with a Sharingpick-like order number (despite never reaching the Sharingpick end page). If you encounter such an error, kindly contact us and we would be happy to assist in the finalization of your order. In some cases you may need to contact PayPal to ascertain the nature of the payment failure.
